Photos and voice notes
The iOS photo picker lets you choose individual photos without giving DearAnxiety access to your whole library. If microphone permission was declined, open the iPhone Settings app, choose DearAnxiety, and allow Microphone access.
Your local data
Settings in the app includes controls to export your local data or delete it.

DearAnxiety does not provide medical, crisis, or emergency support. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional when immediate help is needed.
